We wanted to mention a couple things for those of you following us on this blog.
DATE DELAYS
You have probably wondered why our posting dates are later than our actual trip dates…sometimes by several days or more. Well, part of the delay is in getting good internet service. We don’t always have it in our hotels, an sometimes it’s difficult to find a local internet café. We’ve lucked out a few times, finding either a Starbucks or a local bar/café with wireless. We’re hoping access improves as we move into Amsterdam, Brussels, Cologne and Koblenz. We’ll see. Be patient.
The other factor contributing to posting delays is simply a lack of time. Our days are very full, and finding time to write usually means late night hours. Nevertheless, we enjoy writing about and sharing our experiences, so it’s well worth the effort.
FORMATTING ISSUES
!f you’re reading updates directly on your e-mail rather than from the actual blog site, you will be experiencing some rather notable formatting flaws. The e-mail version does not transfer postings in exactly the same format as they are on the blog site. Photos sometimes get misplaced and text formatting errors also occur. If you want to get the most accurate view of the text and photos, we suggest you go directly to the blog site when you get an e-mail notice of an update. http://www.twilighttravelers,blogspot.com/
